DX Facebook News Post puts Page posts in a three-layer module

Its job is to retrieve Facebook wall posts and present them inside a styled Joomla module with three separately configurable layers.

This need arises when a site keeps announcements or community activity on Facebook but still wants that material visible to visitors who do not leave the website. Joomla core can handle nearby use cases: the Custom module can embed supplied HTML or an official social widget, while the RSS Feed Display module can show a compatible feed. A template override can change the presentation of data a site already has. Core does not provide a native Facebook Page wall-post display in this particular layered format, so this extension goes beyond it by combining the Facebook content display with three-layer styling and module background controls, according to the listing.

It is aimed at businesses, organisations and community groups that maintain a Facebook Page and want its updates surfaced on a Joomla site without building a custom integration. A site with no Facebook presence, or one that only needs a link to its social profile, has little reason to install it. Sites already using Facebook's own embed tools may also find the extra layer unnecessary.

The listing marks it as a paid download, but gives no price. Trey Braid has 11 other extensions listed in the directory; this product has no reviews. Before buying, check how it authenticates with Facebook, whether it needs an API token, which Page and post types it supports, how often content refreshes, and what happens when Facebook changes access rules. Documentation and support details are not available on the listing. It does state compatibility with Joomla 5 and 6 and says it uses Joomla's update system, but the extension has not been tested here.
