Address checks and email cleanup for Community Builder

It completes and verifies mapped Community Builder address fields, while checking and optionally correcting or rejecting some registration email addresses.

Joomla core can register users, store email addresses, send activation messages and provide user custom fields; Community Builder adds its own profile fields and registration workflow. Neither core nor a normal template override supplies address-register autocomplete, address normalization, deliverability checks or bulk rechecking of existing members. A custom integration could provide those functions, but this extension takes the extension route: according to the listing, it adds a Community Builder plugin that writes verification outcomes to a moderators-only profile tab and makes them searchable and exportable.
