Bridgiva links Joomla stores to native mobile apps

Bridgiva Tracker & Bridge connects Joomla content and supported stores to Bridgiva’s mobile-app service.

Joomla core already manages articles and can expose site content through its web services features, while templates can change how that content appears on the site. Neither core nor a template override turns a Joomla installation into native iOS and Android apps, synchronizes products from several third-party carts, or handles app push notifications. Those requirements usually lead to an extension or an external app platform. According to the listing, this free system plugin goes beyond Joomla’s built-in content handling by sending articles and data from VirtueMart, HikaShop, J2Store and Phoca Cart to Bridgiva, which then provides the app service. The claimed extras include app banners, deep links, abandoned-cart notifications and optional AI-related metadata and social publishing.

It is aimed at a store or publishing team that already uses one of those supported extensions and wants branded mobile apps without building a mobile client from scratch. A conventional Joomla site that only needs responsive web pages, or a store with no interest in an external app service, has little reason to install it.

The directory marks the connector as free, but activation requires a Bridgiva Site Key, so check the SaaS pricing and what that key includes. The listing identifies bridgiva_admin as the developer, marks the entry as new, and shows no reviews; it provides no established directory track record to assess. It does not explain hosting requirements, plan limits, app-store publishing responsibilities, data processing, sync conflict rules, or the AI service behind the optional features. Support is listed as unavailable, and no documentation is provided. We have not tested the plugin.
