This job exists because Joomla itself is not an online shop or payment processor. Those are the parts that go beyond Joomla core and a normal template change.

It is aimed at HikaShop shops with a Flutterwave merchant account, particularly sellers in the African markets named in the listing, or other countries served by Flutterwave. A site that does not use HikaShop, cannot meet the PHP cURL and publicly reachable webhook requirements, or already has a suitable gateway has little reason to install it.
