VNPAY checkout payments for HikaShop shops

This job exists because Joomla itself does not provide an online shop or a VNPAY payment integration. Joomla core supplies the extension framework, but checkout, orders and payment methods come from an e-commerce extension such as HikaShop. HikaShop can be configured with its available payment plugins; a template override can change checkout presentation, but it does not implement VNPAY's payment requests, notifications or refunds. This paid plugin goes beyond core by acting as the HikaShop payment method for VNPAY's domestic ATM and internet-banking payments, VNPAY-QR and international cards.

It is aimed at a Vietnam-focused HikaShop store, or an agency maintaining one, that has a VNPAY merchant account and sells in VND.
