SendPulse contacts from Joomla’s built-in form

This free ClickSyncr extension sends Joomla contact-form submissions to a selected SendPulse address book, with field mapping and optional consent control.

Joomla’s built-in contact form is designed to deliver a visitor’s message to a configured recipient, not to add that person to an email-marketing service. That leaves site owners with a choice: use the core form and handle list growth separately, alter the form’s presentation with a template override, or add an integration extension. An override can change fields and markup, but it does not by itself call SendPulse’s API. According to the listing, this extension goes further by mapping contact fields to a SendPulse address book and applying consent, subscriber-status and double-opt-in settings.

It is aimed at sites that already use SendPulse and want enquiries, registrations or other contact-form submissions to enter a mailing list without installing a separate form builder. A site that only needs contact messages delivered by email, does not use SendPulse, or manages subscribers through a separate process has little reason to install it.

The listing marks it as a free download under the GPLv2 or later and places it in the mailing a newsletter bridges section. ClickSyncr has seven other extensions listed in the directory, while this entry has no reviews. Before installing, check how API credentials are stored, what data is written to logs, how SendPulse errors are surfaced to administrators, and how consent, unsubscribe requests and duplicate contacts are handled in practice. The listing does not explain those details, nor does it describe support arrangements or privacy implications. We have not tested the extension.
