Sending Joomla contact submissions to Drip campaigns

Contact Form Integration for Drip connects Joomla's standard contact form with Drip so submissions can be added to a selected email campaign.

Its job is to send selected data from a Joomla contact form to a Drip campaign after a visitor submits it.

Joomla core already provides the contact component, form fields and email notification workflow, but it does not natively push those submissions into Drip. A template override can change the form's markup and presentation; it does not by itself provide the server-side API connection or campaign synchronisation. Sites normally need custom integration code or an extension for that step. According to the listing, this one goes beyond the core form by loading Drip campaigns and custom fields, mapping fields, applying an optional consent checkbox, and handling subscriber settings. It also says the form response is returned before the Drip request is made.

The likely audience is a marketing site that already uses Joomla's built-in contact form and wants those enquiries added to Drip without installing another form builder. It may suit a small team managing the connection from Joomla's administrator. A site that only receives occasional enquiries, sends them by email, or does not use Drip has no obvious reason to install it.

The directory lists it as a free download from ClickSyncr in the “mailing a newsletter bridges” section, under GPLv2 or later, with stated support for Joomla 4.4, 5 and 6. The developer has 10 other extensions listed, while this entry has no reviews. Before installing, check Drip API permissions, privacy and consent obligations, unsubscribe handling, retry behaviour, log retention, and what happens when a field or campaign is removed. The listing does not explain those details, nor does it provide independent test results.
